Layout, cover design, typography, photography, and illustration art direction for Cultivating a Creative Culture. The process of design, assembly, and iteration occurred over the course of roughly a year and a few months.
Bobby Price’s illustration style aligned perfectly with the tone of the book's material. Justin wanted a genderless character to be in the chapter illustrations, and they conceived the idea that this character would be demonstrating / interacting with the general theme of the respective chapter in kind.
And, amongst all the noise of a shelf in a bookstore, the cover was designed to be iconic and memorable.
